I must start by inviting everyone to our “Welcome home party” at The Windrush on Burford Road, Witney on Saturday. We hope to rock up at about 3 or 4pm and it will go on until late. Please come, we’d love to see you there.
We all thoroughly enjoyed last night. The fact that so many people made the effort to join us was nothing short of magnificent! Thank you one and all.
Talking of meeting people on route, I had another surprise when Daryl (my sister’s fiancé) rocked up in Chepstow… Brilliant, he then followed us all day and filmed us going passed in loads of places. Spot on, cheers Lar. He even managed to find a B&B at the end of the day!
Anyway, Ju joined us for today’s ride, he picked a tough day to be honest, lots of climbs… REALLY tough climbs. It was worth it though, we took in LOTS of sights. Even though the boys kept moaning all day about the climbs, (and they were tough - did I mention that?), it was worth every pedal stroke as we took in the following sights;

I've also go a video of us that Lar took of us in Cheddar Gorge:
I’ve got to cut this short because it’s 21:15 and I’m feeling it today. A big thanks to Peta and Tree for following us all day taking photos, thanks to Lar for videoing us and finding a B&B. Elaine, the landlady is even doing some washing for us… Blinding service, a big thanks to you!
Whilst typing this sitting in the Dunston Pub in I’ve just been given £15!! Thanks guys.
