Health update:
Waynes knee is okay now… That’s mostly due to the co-codomol that’s seeing him through the day!!! Alan’s and my knees seem to be coping too, our biggest worry is that Jeremy is suffering with a numb pinky finger! I think he’ll struggle through!
We had a really good run today, it was hot though. We stopped in Ludlow at a 13th century Inn called The Rose and Crown and had a baguette with chips… Lovely chips, probably the best so far!
My step-sister and family (Tan, Chris, Iona and Mischa) drove the up the road that we were cycling down beeping and waving!!! It was a great boost, they then came back past and just before our destination they took this video:
My gift was a Hi-Tec gadget for my bike:
Then 4 more people arrived, Claire, James, Sandra and Steve… The Deddington Posse! It’s great to know that we have so much support. Thank you to everyone.
It was such a nice feeling to have so many people here I thought Dave should be here too:
“Just enjoy it”
“Rain is liquid Sunshine”
“Hills are your friend”
I don’t think any of us believe any of them!
